Who is in favor of an e-mail supplemental draft over the All-Star break?
Here's how it ran last year:
1) Order of draft is determined by your RedStat standing as of the draft date. (Which also means I have to get that DONE! LOL!)
2) Roster size remains at 33. You may swap a maximum of 5 players with no minimum.
3) You declare your player being released before you choose the replacement.
4) All players listed as released are elegible to be drafted by another team DURING the draft until the releasing team stops drafting.
5) Once you stop drafting, you cannot re-start.
6) If you are releasing players that were picked in rounds 1 through 30, your drafted player MUST be from the same team. (Players drafted in rounds 31-33 may be replaced with players from ANY team)
7) Draft order will be based on the RedStat standings for the week preceding the draft. The picks will proceed from the lowest to the highest ranked team then reverse direction from high to low until all supplemental drafts are completed.
8) The draft will be conducted by e-mail.
The round procedure will be as follows:
1) When it is your turn, you will declare player and team being dropped. If your player is a round 31-33 pick, you need to mention that.
2) Next you will declare your new player being drafted.
Subsequent players have the option of drafting your dropped players. At the end of the FINAL round, ANY player can draft the dropped players for the final round if desired. All normal rules apply.
